MY THREE SONS....LIVIN' IN TEXAS

Braeden's Stats

Braeden had his 15 month check up and all looks great! His ears were cleared of those double ear infections, and he is growin' like a weed. He has 8 full teeth, and 2 top molars coming in which cause lots of drooling. Luckily he only had one shot(amazing he didn't cry!), and Austin was there to tell him, "It's okay baby brother, it's okay." He is in the 90th percentile on weight (26.11 pounds) and the 95th percentile for height (33 inches)! It is hard to believe that this big guy was 7 pounds when he was born three weeks early just over a year ago. I can tell that our boys are going to eat us out of house and home when they are teens. Forget saving for college...start saving for the grocery bills!

Texas Country Music is a Hit!

Our boys really love their Texas Country Music.

Proof positive here when listening to Kevin Fowler!

Who's been sleeping in my bed??

After a brisk afternoon walk, Braeden returned to his room to take a short rest. When suddenly who should he find snoozing in HIS bed???

A little golden headed boy who doesn't belong there!
Braeden decided that Austin didn't need to leave the bed, but that he should join him instead. And so there you have the true story of "Two Boys in a Bed." The End.

Jack is the best!

Can you believe that the people who gave us Jack got rid of him because they were expecting a baby, and just didn't think he would be good with kids??? Lucky they thought that, because we got one of the best dogs ever! Nothing is better after a great nap, than a warm snuggle with a real furry friend in bed!

Dudes with cool "Do's"

The picture says it all

Brother = F-U-N!

It's about darn time!

Well he finally started walking. He'll be 15 months old in 8 days, but he took his first few steps a couple of days ago, then really took off yesterday. All this despite a double ear infection and a new tooth coming in. We couldn't be happier that Braeden has started to walk. The really cute thing is that Austin will walk around imitating his toddle...it is really funny.

Fishing and Playing

The day started with a trip to Walmart to get another fishing pole for Austin...this would be the third one...the first took a dive in the saltwater, the second is down on Daddy's boat, so this one will stay at our house for lake fishin'. He picked out the Spiderman one to match his Spiderman shirt. We didn't catch any fish, so......

We went over to the park to do some serious sliding and swinging.

Yes, Braeden was there too, he was just trying to stay out of the paparazzi pictures.
We ended the day by going to dinner in Kema. We walked the boardwalk and saw the boats, swung by the aquarium, saw the train, and then went home. Why can't every day be so action packed...because Mom and Dad are too old to keep up that schedule!
Dad and the boys...the boys saw a pirate ship, so no way were they looking at the camera.

Captain Feather-Austin

Austin got to go to The Wiggles live in concert with Grandma and Grandpa. He LOVES Captain Feathersword, and danced along to all the songs. He even got to shake Anthony's (the blue Wiggle) hand! What a special treat for Grandpa's belated Father's day gift from the kids. It sounds like he had as much fun watching Austin as Austin did watching the Wiggles.

Ahoy Me Hardees!
